Carnival Fun

After the Rodeo Tyler went on a carnival ride spree. He filled his pockets with tickets (stupid expensive!) and tried every ride he could.
Cole missed out on the whole night time Carnival experience!
Daddy wasn't able to go, so Uncle J had the fun of going on most of the rides. So we thought!
Aunt Shell and Cole won this sward for Ty playing a goofy game.
Ty had to count his tickets every single time he went on a ride.

Jeff and I went up with him on the Farris Wheel. I don't remember the last time I was on one of those.

At the very top!

Aunt Shell got to go on the Dizzy Dino ride. They were twirling around so much I couldn't get a picture of them.

This was Ty's third time riding the Caterpillar roller coaster. I went with him the first time and showed him that we hold up our arms and scream like crazy people around the corners and hills. My crazy son decides to take it one step farther and.......

......stand up on them instead! I about had a heart attack. And when I looked back at my pictures and found this one I couldn't believe it.

The good ol' merry-go-round.

I thought that this picture was kinda cool!

Grandma got sucked into the fun as well. She knew that when she was a kid she could go on any ride. But that was when she was a kid! After this ride she looked a little green!

My brave man went up a huge set of stairs al by himself to get to the top of this slide. Just watch!
I think Mom had as much fun as the kid here!

We ended up closing the place down that night. Ty barely made made it out of the parking lot before he was asleep. It was a great day!

Fair Day 2

We decided to go back to the fair for a look at all of the animals and maybe a deep fried Twinkie or two!
Cole loves his Uncle J!

How cheezy can you get?

Ty loved feeding the horses. They are his favorite.

It was a very hot day and both of the boys had had enough of the fair.
Time to head home!

A Ride To The Park

During a visit to Aunt Judy's to see our new baby cousin Anna Marie, we took a trip down to the park. Tyler and Dylan had to ride their bikes. Tyler's first big bike ride! He was so excited.

Cole and Anna Marie loved their stroller rides

We all enjoyed the park!

Cole's First Mail

Little Speed Deamon

"My Baby Can Ride A Bike All By Himself!"

Steve admitted that he was nervous for Tyler to try riding his bike with out training wheeles or help. He didn't want him to fall and get hurt and then be scared to ride.

So when Ty asked his Dad to help him ride a two wheeler so he could take his bike camping this next month he padded him up the best he could (even gloved for his hands) and took him to the school parking lot down the road. Steve said that he literally walked with him for a minute and then let go and ran up next to him. Ty looked over and said " Dad, what are you doing?" "You don't need my help, you can do it all by yourself." Steve told him. And my little man said," Ya Dad, I can!" And off he went and hasn't slowed down since.

The two of them came back to tell me the exciting news and of course Mom got her camera and had to take a ton of pictures.

Snooze'n at Grandmas

Snooze'n is what a newborn does best but Cole really loved sleeping on Grandma's bed. He looked like a little tiny thing on that great big bed.

4th of July at Uncle Steve's

For Colton's first trip away from home and his first Holiday we went down to Bend to visit Uncle Steve, Aunt Lisa and the kids. We had a great time visiting. For the fire work show we found a spot at the River's Edge Golf Course and dodged sprinklers as we watched. Tyler enjoyed them but Cole only wanted to eat and sleep. I guess one cannot expect more from a 3 week old!
The boys on the ride up to Bend

Cousin Ryan didn't really know what to do with such a little guy

Back at the house Ty finally got to set off his fireworks.
